Wasama, or Wasabi as we call him in the barn, is a 7-year-old gelding by Into Mischief out of Bella Jolie, which makes him a half-brother to Runhappy! Wasabi has previously been restarted. He has great groundwork, lunges very well, has been started over small courses, and has even come to the Kentucky Horse Park for their trail ride day.

Wasabi arrived on 4/22/2026, and he has been so straightforward to work with. He is an easy keeper, gets along well in a group for turnout, enjoys his stall time, trailers well, enjoys being groomed, and is an all-around great guy! He comes out like a gentleman every time, has three smooth gaits, loves jumping, and hacks out. Wasabi has been working most recently with trot and canter pole exercises, lots of transitions, and small courses, and is coming along great! His jump is lovely and easy to follow, he has a great canter, and lead changes both directions.

Wasabi would make a great horse for a junior or an adult. He is safe, comes out the same horse every day, whether he has time off or is in a consistent program, and he is fun to ride. He would make a great show hunter, dressage horse, eventer, fox hunter, or pony club mount!
