MMSC Team Challenge

Have you ever wondered...

What happens to a racehorse when it steps off the track for the last time? Most Thoroughbreds have nowhere to go, no knowledge of anything other than racing, and nobody to take care of them. Yet, with rehab and a new foundation of skills, these athletic, versatile horses can excel in lots of equestrian sports. We at the MMSC are 100% "horse-centric," meaning every horse in our program gets everything it needs from the care and training right down to the person it goes home with. That's why the MMSC has been hailed as "The Gold Standard of Thoroughbred Reschooling." Yet this dedication to the horse and commitment to excellence comes with a price.

The MMSC's Team Challenge campaign will, with your help, raise $30K to give former racehorses all they need.

Breyerfest 2018: Off to the Races

July 13-15 at the Kentucky Horse Park

Start each day of BreyerFest with live horses, a hot cup of coffee, and fresh homemade donuts from local legendary backery Spaldings at the MMSC facility! Come to our daily demos in the covered arena showing how we transition an off-track Thoroughbred to a steady and calm riding horse. Meet our two mascots Seabiscuit and War Admiral in the Kids' Pavillion. And try your hand at riding like a jockey on our trusted Equicizer Spirit! We can't wait to see you on July 13-15!
