VOlunteer opportunities

Do you love horses?

Do you want to help the deserving animals that do so much to make Lexington, Kentucky an idyllic place to live?

If so, come to the Maker's Mark Secretariat Center located at the Kentucky Horse park in the "Horse Capital of the World." At the MMSC, former racehorses are given the care and training they need to move on to new careers and loving homes. Come help them make this transition! We welcome volunteers of all ages, with or without equine experience.

Come and be a part of Team MMSC by assisting with:

  • Barn Chores
  • Office Work
  • Gardening
  • Mowing
  • Landscaping
  • General maintenance
  • And much more!
